Colour variations

• Colours of garments may vary depending on the colour settings on your computer.
• Fabric samples are available if you want to see actual colour or feel the texture.

Payments

• Payment is at your convenience within 7 days of placing your order.
• We accept Bank Direct Deposit, Pay Pal, Money Order and Personal Chq payable to D M Fullarton.
• Email to confirm payment will not be sent unless you email and ask 24 hrs after deposit option of your choice has been completed.

Postage Details

• We combine postage depending on weight
• We post only in Austarlia within 14 days of order placement using express post (semi secure as it is number tracked).
• Registered post is optional ( extra $4.00 post costs to be included in your payment)
• If we anticipate a potential delay in delivering of your order you will be emailed with revised date of delivery
• Pickup available in Beenleigh, Qld by appointment only.
• If you have any questions or need your garment/s urgently for a particular date please email sales@zigzagsbris.com.au

Refunds

• All garments are made on site from good quality fabric with attention to smart design fit and affordability. If in the unlikely situation, quality control dept has overlooked a flaw in the garment, we will refund your full purchase price plus postage if requested but you must email details of this return within 14 days of posting date.
• We will exchange if you are not delighted with the fit or style of your purchase (excluding postage), but we would like to remind you to check the size chart to ensure you will get the correct size to avoid extra postage costs.
• Your garment must not be washed and in original state as posted.  
• You must email details of your refund/exchange request within 14 days of postage despatch date. Please include a pre paid satchel and a letter of info in the parcel to enable us to return your exchange item/s quickly.

Sizing

• All size charts are available here and each garment has the relevant size chart displayed.
• These charts are close as possible to the actual size of the garment but as they cover many different styles and fabrics they may vary just a little depending on the design style.
• We have an option for you to fill out the virtual size data document with your measurments relevant to your purchased garments and we will check the size suitability you have selected for your body size and advise if any alterations are required.
